Meeting the Inner World: An Introduction to IFS
A small-group introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS).
IFS is a compassionate and transformative tool that maps the inner worlds as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core Self.
In this workshops we'll meet some of our parts, experience the core Self and build tools that support us to relate to our inner world with more curiosity, compassion, and choice.
You’ll learn:
* The IFS map
* What Self energy feels like (calm, curious, connected)
* Simple exercises and steps to build trust with your parts
How we work:
Short teaching + guided practices + optional sharing
Consent woven in at every step, so you can pass, pause, or observe any exercise.
This is skills-building, not therapy; no catharsis or big process work.
Who it’s for:
Beginners, the IFS-curious, and helping professionals wanting a grounded intro. Come if you over-manage, people-please, numb out, or feel stuck in repeating patterns and you'd like kinder inner dialogue.
