Join us for an evening of Meditation and Sound Healing — a deeply nourishing experience designed to calm the mind, balance the body, and open the heart.
Guided by Elle Nusbaum, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Meditation Teacher, you’ll be led through gentle meditation practices that invite stillness, presence, and inner clarity. These guided meditations help quiet the overactive mind and bring awareness back into the body — creating space for deep rest and emotional release.
As the meditation flows into sound healing, you’ll be bathed in the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle soundscapes. These vibrations work on a cellular level, supporting the nervous system, improving energy flow, and helping the body remember its natural state of harmony and peace.
