Join us for an evening of soulful connection, movement, and nourishment as we come together for Manawa’s next Mini Festival— a celebration of wellness, embodiment, and community in the heart of Tāmaki.
We’re building more than just events — we’re growing a community rooted in embodiment, living from the heart, self expression and compassion. This is a space to reconnect with yourself and others, and to explore what it truly means to live from the heart.
Our evening journey will include:
Yoga + Breathwork
A gentle practice to arrive fully in your body and prepare the ground for movement.
Ecstatic Dance (2-hour DJ set)
Let go and move freely in a safe, judgment-free space guided by deep, earthy beats and uplifting soundscapes.
Sound Healing
A soothing integration experience to rest, reflect, and settle the energy stirred through the dance.
Chai & Kai
Enjoy warming chai and nourishing kai in community — time to connect, share, and be held in warmth.
Live Music
We close with heart-opening live music to sing along, unwind, and celebrate the richness of being together.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or brand new to the space, you're welcome here.
This is for anyone seeking deeper connection — to self, to others through movement and meaningful conversations.

A rising force in the conscious dance and electronic music scene, DJ Wen YI weaves deep tribal beats with a soulful, intuitive flow.
Her signature sound blends Afro House, djembe-inspired elements, and Latin rhythms — crafting journeys that ground, elevate, and stir the soul.
