F45 Grey Lyn Walk-Jog-Run Club

Come join our F45 Grey Lynn Walk-Jog-Run Club every Tuesday evening!

We meet at the F45 Studio, on the ground floor of 58 Surrey Crescent at 6.15pm, aiming to set off at 6.20pm. The Run Club is led by one of our trainers and is an approx 5km route around Grey Lynn/Western Springs. All abilities are welcome - run, jog or walk - and bring your friends, family, kids and furry friends - all are welcome!
