Cambodian Cuisine Cooking Class

Immerse yourself in the vibrant flavours of Cambodian cuisine over four interactive and engaging weeks. This hands-on class will teach you how to craft traditional dishes, from refreshing salads to savoury dipping sauces and fragrant desserts, while exploring key cooking techniques such as blending pastes, balancing flavours, and perfecting plating.

Each week will cover a specific dish that represents a balanced Cambodian family-style meal.
