Turn timber into treasure. Design and build a one of a kind table or coffee table using reclaimed wood in this full day workshop focused on practical skills and creative making.
You will be introduced to tools like drills, jigsaws and sanders, and learn how to use them safely and effectively with support from experienced facilitators.
By the end of the day, you will take home a functional and stylish piece of furniture along with the skills and confidence to keep creating.
What You'll Learn and Do:
Tool safety and handling basics
Step-by-step project instructions
Use of key power tools (drill, jigsaw/skill saw, sanders)
Design tips and creative customisation
Build your own unique table or coffee table
What to Bring and Wear:
Covered shoes
Fitted clothing (no loose or flowing items)
Weather-appropriate clothes (some parts of the workshop may be outdoors)
Bring your own snack, lunch, and a water bottle – there will be breaks throughout the day.
All materials and tools are provided. No experience needed – just enthusiasm to learn!
