Avondale Stream Planting Day

Join us outside for some tree planting fun! We are holding a community planting day to help restore the floodplain along the Wai Tahurangi / Avondale Stream. This will help improve the flood resilience of the waterway, by ensuring that it is able to cope with heavy rain.

We will be meeting in the carpark beside the rugby club at 10am.

Bring a drink bottle, snacks, sturdy closed-in shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and all your friends and whanau!
Everyone is welcome to take part. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.
