Auckland Pipe Band Workshop

The RNZPBA Auckland Centre are proud to be teaming up with tutors from the Auckland & District Pipe Band to bring you a free pipe band workshop covering topics on the following instruments:

- bagpipes (technique, tune reading/writing, instrument tuning)
- snare drum (rudiments, instrument tuning)
- tenor & bass drum (topics pending)
- drum majoring (dress and deportment, mace control)

Pending signup interest, we'll also be covering a session on grant funding.


When:
Saturday 18th October, approx. 10:00am - 3:00pm

Where:
St Francis Catholic Primary School, 2 Montrose Street, Point Chevalier, Auckland

Cost:
Free. Please bring your own snacks/lunch.
