Our next Auckland Jazz Jam is coming up and you’re invited – players and listeners!

Come hang out for an afternoon of live, improvised jazz in a relaxed, friendly setting.
Bring your horn, voice, sticks, charts – or just bring your ears and a mate. All levels welcome, as long as you’re keen to listen, learn, and play nicely with others.
Musicians:
House rhythm section to kick things off - Steve Cournane - Drums, Ryan Tolov - Double Bass and Andy Day - Guitar. With special guest Kim Tait on Tenor.
We’ll call standards and simple tunes – feel free to suggest favourites
Bring your instrument, charts (if needed), and a good attitude
Everyone else:
Grab a drink, settle in, and enjoy some local jazz talent doing what they love.
Hit “Going” if you’re keen, and tag a friend who should be on the bandstand (or in the audience). See you at Cupid Bar on the 30th! 🎶✨
