Our Learn to Ride course is perfect for adults who have never ridden a bike before or those who haven’t been on a bike in a while and feel a bit wobbly.
Start with a tester session in week one and decide if you want to continue!
Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to:
💙 Balance on a bike and pedal independently
💙 Basic bike handling skills like gears, brakes and steering
💙 Signal and look around you
💙 Check your bike and helmet for safety
This course takes place in a private, quiet and enclosed location and is led by qualified, friendly instructors so you can learn at your own pace. Bring your own bike and helmet, or we can provide one for you!

If you choose to continue after your taster session, this course runs every Saturday from 4 October to 1 November (taking a pause for Labour Weekend) at the same time and place.
