Beginner yoga is back!
A brand new course for real humans with real bodies—wobbly, knackered, uncoordinated, or just a bit out of practice (yes, even if it’s been three children and a lifetime since your last Downward Dog )
This is a true beginners course—designed for complete newbies or anyone wanting a fresh, gentle restart. We’ll start right from scratch, moving slowly, breathing deeply, and laughing often.
What to expect:
A friendly, supportive group (no yoga snobs here!) with maximum of 6 people in class.
Zero pressure to be bendy, strong, or even remotely zen
Clear, simple guidance from a teacher with 25 years experience
A safe space to wobble, wobble again, then maybe wobble a bit less
Bring your lovely self, Comfy clothes, a sense of humour, and curiosity are all you really need.
You'll learn the foundation poses and an introduction to the philosophy and principles of Yoga in a beautiful dedicated home based Yoga studio that has been running in Devonport for 14 years.
