A Taste of Niue
Experience the rich flavours and culture of Niue at an exclusive Auckland dinner led by acclaimed New Zealand Chef Will Mordido and Scenic Matavai Resort's own Executive Chef Teraitua Cuthers.
The evening will feature a multi course dining experience and beverage pairings inspired by traditional Niuean ingredients and culinary techniques and enriched by cultural storytelling, performances and live entertainment.
Held in support of the Matavai Hospitality Scholarship Fund, this event helps to raise the profile and empower the next generation of Niuean chefs and hospitality leaders.
Doors open at 6.00pm with a 6.30pm start time.
