Rooted in trauma-informed principles, this workshop offers restorative yoga, breath awareness, and a soothing sound bath—all with choice, safety, and care at the center.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.
Bring a mat and anything that helps you feel cozy—blankets, pillows, eye masks.
