Whether you're a YTA alum looking to reconnect or someone curious about what we're all about, this will be a relaxed evening of networking and community building.

Your Town Alabama inspires and educates Alabamians to use asset-based design for setting and achieving community goals. Our annual workshop provides community leaders with tools for organizing, recruiting, and strategically developing community and economic development projects while retaining the things that make our small towns special. Our next workshop is April 22-24, 2026.
