Free Self Defense Seminar 21+

Join us for an hour-long free self-defense seminar/workout. This event is a great excuse to make new friends and connections while exercising and learning some simple and effective self-defense techniques.

If you enjoy our class or are looking for a place to train martial arts and self-defense drop in to any of our classes and try it out for a class for free! We host classes for ages 2 1/2 + up every day of the week except for Sunday. While our focus is self-defense and fitness our students love the community aspect and the special events we attend together as well! Easter egg hunts, sport game outings, picnics, children/teen/adult game nights and much more!
