Finger Lakes Mud Run - 2025

All are welcome to take part in the Finger Lakes Mud Run! Gather up your friends and family young and old for a fun-filled day of recreational exercise, festivities, and tons of mud to mess around in. The Mud Run is no simple task, so be sure you’re up for the adventure. The 2025 trail is still under construction, but we are planning a 4.25 mile long race with between a minimum of 40 different obstacles (these change year to year). But have no fear - you will not have to face the challenge alone! Besides focusing on finishing the course, all participants are encouraged to help fellow runners through the obstacles along the way.

We try to make the FLMR event as family friendly as possible. Gather up all your relatives and turn the day into a family outing. If children are too young to participate in the full-length course, we have a Mini Muddy course in the Kid Zone. All day long, there will be plenty of music, food, and socializing to enjoy! We are allowing children ages 10 and up to participate in the big race (as long as they have a parent/guardian with them), and we've had participants well into their seventies join us, so get the gang together, dress up (we've had superheros, cavemen, pajamas, even a giant chicken one year!), and join us on September 20, 2025!
