Charcuterie Demo at Auburn Area Branch Library

Create your own Instagram-worthy cheese board! Learn simple techniques for cutting and plating, how to select the perfect cheeses and charcuterie, and how to select accompaniments to pull it all together. In this demonstration, Kevin Parker will demonstrate tricks and techniques that you can recreate at home to add some extra wow to your next charcuterie board!
