Join us for the first workshop in our Elemental Art & Connection Series as we explore the grounding energy of the Earth element.
In this hands-on workshop, children will:
✨ Paint beautiful river rocks with colors and symbols inspired by nature
✨ Learn simple grounding techniques to calm emotions and feel steady inside
✨ Connect with the strength and support that the Earth offers us every day
✨Parents will learn mindfulness tools and techniques to bring home for their families
This is a playful and mindful space where kids can connect to nature, express themselves through art, and learn tools they can carry into their daily lives.
👨👩👧 Families are encouraged to join together! Parents are welcome to participate alongside their children.
Ages: Best suited for Ages 4 and up but all kids are welcome.
Cost: [$15 per child / $7 per sibling] materials included
