This gathering is an invitation to pause and align with the natural rhythm of Spring. Together, we will awaken into the season through ceremony, embodied practices, and shared presence—tending the seeds we are ready to nourish in the months ahead.

What to Expect
This 3-hour ceremonial experience will include:
Ceremonial Cacao
A heart-opening plant ally to support presence, connection, and clarity. Cacao invites us into a softened awareness—grounded, receptive, and attentive to what is true.
Mirror Work
A guided practice of self-witnessing. Through reflection, we meet ourselves with honesty and compassion, naming what we are ready to tend and grow.
Breathwork
Intentional breathing to clear stagnant energy, awaken life force, and anchor intention into the body. Breath becomes the bridge between inner awareness and outer action.
Shamanic Journeying with Sound Healing
Guided by rhythm and vibration, we journey inward to listen beyond the thinking mind. Sound supports integration, grounding, and connection to inner guidance.
