Join us for our first Gems in the Shadow circle—a compassionate, trauma-informed space for inner exploration. The holidays can surface old patterns and big emotions; this circle offers grounding and support.
In this 90-minute gathering, we will:
• Share grounding + nervous system–friendly practices
• Share a short teaching on shadow work and self-compassion
• Close with integration tips you can bring into your daily life
This circle is for you if:
• You’re doing personal or spiritual work and want community support
• You’re ready to meet your shadow with more tenderness and less judgment
• You seek a compassion-led, trauma-informed, non-dogmatic space
Facilitators
Melissa Keating – trauma-informed intuitive healer, meditation teacher, and transformational guide.
Katrina Wiese – herbalist, intuitive practitioner, and certified sound healer, offering earth-rooted, heart-centered support.
Donations are welcome and appreciated, but not required to attend.
Your presence is enough.
Let’s walk together, gently illuminating the places we’ve learned to hide— and discover the gems in the shadow.
