The Origin of the Memorial Bike Run
The idea for the Memorial Bike Run was born out of a desire to create a meaningful tradition that would honor the memory of Ron Brederson who has left a profound impact on his loved ones and community. What began as a humble gathering of friends and family has grown into an annual event drawing participants from all walks of life.

The 2nd Annual Memorial Bike Run will take place on Sept 20th, 2025. The Run will start and end at the Attleboro Elks on 887 S Main St in Attleboro Mass. There will be food, raffles and bands playing

Riders will embark on a picturesque journey through an approximately 40-mile scenic route.
Registration Process
Signing up for the bike run is simple and hassle-free. Participants can register by either purchasing tickets in advance or the morning of. Tickets can be purchased by reaching Al Barnier 401-413-2417. Anyone who purchases early will receive a free T-shirt. We have Venmo, PayPal and Cash app for your convenience. You can also always pay with cash, check or money order made out to Friendship foundation.

The Memorial Bike Run isn’t just for Riders it’s a day filled with activities for everyone. From live music, food or raffles there’s something for every member of the family to enjoy.
Supporting a Worthy Cause
In keeping with its mission, the event donates all proceeds to the Friendship Project. This is a non-profit organization and Human Resource organization that helps provide support and services to children with different abilities. We help them integrate in their communities; help support friendships and enjoy events.
