ACMlab: Project Planning Essentials: Key Points to Consider

Arts Council Malta will be organising an insightful panel discussion for artists, producers and festival organisers. During the session we will delve into the foundations of successful projects; from setting clear expectations and foundations and realistic budgets to forging collaborations, working with guest artists, securing funding, and managing logistics. We will also explore how new tools — including AI and digital platforms — can support workflows, audience engagement and decision-making.

Joining us for this session will be Julia Hickey (Production & Technical Coordinator at Edinburgh International Festival), Lisa Marie Heidrich (Company Manager at Hessisches Staatsballett) and Prof. Alexiei Dingli (Full Professor of Artificial Intelligence at University of Malta) to share insights, examples, best practices, and practical tips to help you prepare for your next festival, programme and/or project.
