REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
• ID & PROOF OF RESIDENCE to register (FICA).
• R 5,000 refundable deposit payable only by EFT on registration to CLAREMART AUCTIONEERS (PTY) LTD. NO CASH or CARD payments. Full settlement required immediately after the Auction.
FICA REQUIREMENTS:
• Identification Document (green bar-coded ID book OR Smart Card ID) for RSA citizens.
• Proof of residential address.
• CK documents (if registering on behalf of a business).
*** Proofs of personal or business addresses may not be older than 3 months
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Terms of Purchase:
• Bid price plus 15% VAT payable
• Buyers commission of 4.5% inclusive of VAT
• Full payment immediately after the auction by means of EFT only no later than 4pm (Immediate Clearance).
• No stripping of equipment to be done on-site and all collections to be finalized on the same day NO CASH ACCEPTED.
• All assets purchased must be removed by Friday 5 December 2025.
• All purchases are to be removed at the buyer’s risk.
• Kindly note that once you bid on an item you are responsible for payment of the item should you be the highest bidder.
• No cancellations will be allowed. Deposits will be forfeited for items not paid for.
• The Auctioneer may accept or reject any bids.
• The Auctioneer’s role is final and binding.
