All Souls Day - A Day of Remembrance for Adults

Grief comes in many forms, and it can feel heavier as seasons shift.
This 90 minute gathering offers a safe, supportive space to honor loved ones while learning practical skills to steady yourself in tough moments
Together we will:
* Create a memory rock - a tangible symbol of love and resilience you can hold onto when emotions arise
* Write a letter of Remembrance - Expressing Gratitude, love or what was left unsaid
* Practice Coping Skills - Including DBT and grounding techniques to carry with you when you have waves of grief feeling overwhelming
* Join in Reflection - Sharing stories, listening and connecting with others walking a similar path
