Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Tickets purchased for the Nicky Jam event on August 10, 2025 at HQ² Beachclub (Ocean Casino Resort) are non‑refundable, non‑cancelable, and non‑exchangeable for any reason, including changes in personal plans or event details.

No Cancellations or Date Changes

We do not offer refunds, date substitutions, or credit for postponed or rescheduled events. Once a ticket is purchased, it remains valid only for the original date and time.

Transfers Permitted

You may transfer your ticket to another person. The recipient must present a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket at entry. It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure the transfer is completed before arrival.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

In the rare circumstance that HQ² Beachclub cancels or postpones the event, tickets may be refunded at the sole discretion of the venue in accordance with their official policies. No refunds will be issued for events that proceed as scheduled.

Unauthorized Ticket Sources

Tickets purchased via unauthorized resellers are invalid and ineligible for entry, refund, or exchange. You must purchase tickets through official channels to be eligible for any post-event remedies

Fee Disclosure

All ticket prices are “all-in” and include mandatory fees. Additional charges such as taxes, shipping, and service fees apply. These charges are non‑refundable once the purchase is completed
