Braids Release Party II featuring The Tony Day Trio

To celebrate the release of Braids, author Carla Cornick will be appearing at a series of events across New Jersey. Each event will feature a reading by the author, book signings, original artwork from the Braids collection, and light refreshments. Admission is free, and all are welcome to attend.
Braids is a novel woven from nine self-contained stories and poems, spanning continents and centuries. Though the characters never meet, their lives echo one another—each chapter a strand in a greater whole. From ancient Egypt to modern-day New Jersey, Braids meditates on love, loss, and the invisible threads that bind us through time.
