Let’s meet on the mat in the Messy Middle. Together, we’ll unravel the issues that live in our tissues. We tap into honesty on our physical, emotional, and spiritual paths. Through the lens of recovery, we explore addiction-related topics, share our experiences, and breathe into healing—mind, body, and soul. No yoga or 12-step affiliations required.

Suggested $10 donation; all proceeds to benefit Community and Scholarships at Consider It.
