Vibrational Alignment Creative Flow with Karen Klefman

This 60-minute Creative Flow is an intuitive, art-based movement experience designed to gently prepare your body and mind for the gong immersion that follows. Using bilateral movement, rhythm, and full-body expression, this practice supports nervous system regulation and mental clarity by synchronizing the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

Through flowing, repetitive motion, we create a calming, coherent state that helps quiet mental noise and release tension. The first half focuses on tuning and rhythm to restore balance, while the second half invites creative exploration—finding beauty within the mess and shaping it into intentional, meaningful alignment.

This experience serves as a grounding, integrative transition, allowing you to arrive fully present and open to the gong immersion with a sense of ease, flow, and resonance.
