This Creative Flow is centered around the subtle energetic wobble that often arises as we prepare to shift our clocks forward. Changes in time can create resistance, fatigue, and an internal sense of protest, and this experience offers space to acknowledge those feelings while gently releasing them.

Through intuitive movement, rhythm, and creative expression, we’ll work to repattern our internal rhythm and restore a sense of balance and coherence. The practice also invites connection to the seasonal transition, helping you ground into the present moment as we move toward longer, brighter days.

You’ll leave feeling centered, steady, and supported—rooted in your body and aligned before “springing forward.”
