Black Moon Gathering with Sasha

On August 23rd, we’ll gather under the quiet presence of the Black Moon — a rare second new moon in one month. Though it’s not visible, its energy is strong. This is a time to let go, reset, and begin again.

We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and take time to reflect. I’ll guide you through gentle movement, breath, and journaling in a soft, quiet space. This night is about tuning in, letting go of what’s heavy, and making space for what’s next — even if you don’t know what that is yet. Just come as you are.
