Join us for THE RESET, a feel-good community wellness experience designed to help you move, breathe, connect, and start the year with clarity and strength.

This afternoon brings together fresh cold-pressed juice, mindful movement, breathwork, and conversation, all in an inclusive, energizing environment that meets you exactly where you are.

1:00 PM — Arrival, welcome stretch & light refreshments

1:30 PM — Your choice: one-mile walk or run

1:45 PM — Juice Demo: wellness shots & hydration juice

2:00 PM — Double Dutch Aerobics: Learn to Double Dutch in 1 minute!

2:30 PM — Body Awareness & Breathwork Session

3:00 PM — Panel conversation with all facilitators

This community-driven experience weaves together guided movement, an interactive juice demo, and an open panel conversation exploring how juicing and intentional daily practices can support energy, clarity, and overall well-being.

The afternoon is co-created by a collective of facilitators—including Sean and Michelle Clark of Double Dutch Aerobics, Whitney Peoples, Felicia Cox, Simone Kiana, and Briana Stewart—each contributing their unique perspective to a shared experience rooted in movement, mindfulness, and connection.

100% of proceeds will be donated to Action for Healthy Kids, supporting healthier environments for kids nationwide.
