About Michael:

Michael Macneal is a Brooklyn native known for his high-energy classes and signature playlists. With over a decade of experience teaching indoor cycling at Equinox NYC and his own two boutique studios, MNSTR, Michael now brings that same passion and intensity to the yoga mat.

A longtime yoga student off the bike, Michael deepened his commitment to the practice through the Dancing Dogs Yoga community, where he completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. His classes are a dynamic blend of traditional vinyasa flow infused with powerful music—think pop, dance, and high-energy beats—designed to motivate and move you.

Expect a spiritually grounded yet elevated experience, where yoga meets the vibe of the nightclub. Come with an open mind—and get ready to flow.
