Rise Against Hunger

Are you angry about the gutting of USAID that resulted in the end of many of the United States’ international food aid programs? Want to do something to help? Here’s your chance!
DHPC is working to fight hunger through a meal packing event with Rise Against Hunger, an international hunger relief organization that distributes life-changing aid to the world’s most vulnerable. In previous years DHPC members and friends have had a great time as they joined together to package more than 10,000 meals!
This year’s packing event will take place in our Parlor following an optional short casual worship service in the sanctuary at 11am. We hope you will make plans to join us for this year’s event and bring a friend to join you!
