One Love, One Flow: Solidarity Through Yoga, From Atlanta to Jamaica

Justflo Wellness and KKRU Pilates Studio & Wellness are partnering to help World Central Kitchen continue getting hot meals to Jamaican families most impacted by Hurricane Melissa.

WCK teams spanning Montego Bay and Negril Field Kitchens, together with more than 30 restaurant and community partners across the island, have served more than 2 million meals since the Category 5 storm made landfall as one of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes on record.

Join us at the KKRU Studio in Atlanta's Historic West End on Saturday, December 6 at 12pm for our ‘One Love, One Flow’ fundraiser as we practice solidarity through yoga, from Atlanta to Jamaica.

We'll ground and center through mindful movement and meditation to soulful reggae tunes spun live by Justflo Wellness music curator & resident DJ Bando Calrissian.

All donations for the yoga flow will go towards WCK’s work providing comforting and nourishing food to communities rebuilding and rising taller after the storm.

Cost/Donation: A $15-$25 sliding scale donation is suggested, and you can also donate more to support the work of World Central Kitchen.
