September 21st 1:00-3:00 ~ Pitching

Prerequisite Skills:
Stable standing foot to hand
Some experience with L-base h2h
One overhead lift (ie: Camel / Bird / Side Star)
A commitment to collaborative communication
Solo Skills:
Bases ~ comfortable weighted squat
Flyer ~ comfortable 30 second handstand spotted or at the wall
