Join us for a grounding and heart-opening afternoon of wisdom and healing.
Diane Russell-Chrestman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and seasoned mindfulness teacher, will offer a 40-minute Dharma talk and Q&A on The Six Sense Gates—a foundational Buddhist teaching on how we perceive and respond to the world through our senses. Learn how awareness of these gates can bring more clarity, calm, and freedom to your everyday experience.
To close, Augusta Wheeler, a neighbor of Grant Park, yogi, and mom, will guide us through a 20-minute meditation and sound bath. With soothing tones and vibrations, Augusta creates a restorative space for inner stillness and gentle release.
Whether you're exploring meditation for the first time or deepening an existing practice, this 60-minute session invites you to pause, listen, and reconnect.
🧘 Free and open to all. No experience necessary.
