Join us under the luminous energy of June’s Full Moon for Illuminate — a 90-minute wellness gathering to release realign and return to your inner truth.

This immersive ritual blends gentle movement intentional breathwork restorative sound healing and a sacred sharing circle to support emotional clarity embodiment and grounded release.

Together we will:

• Ground into the body through slow mindful movement

• Engage in conscious breath practices to release tension and awaken flow

• Receive the healing vibrations of an alchemy sound bath

• Reflect and share in a circle held with care and compassion

This is a space to let go of what no longer serves you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and honor the cyclical nature of growth and transformation.
