And again, we’re excited to bring the Let’s Beat Breast Cancer Rally this year!A powerful initiative from the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, focused on reducing breast cancer risk through four key lifestyle choices:

🥗 Eat plant-based foods🏃🏾‍♀️ Exercise regularly🚫 Avoid alcohol⚖️ Aim for a healthy weight

Attendees will have exclusive access to FREE Food for Life Plant-Based Workshops. An interactive cooking demos that show how food can be both healing and delicious.
