First Sunday Yoga at the Grant Park Farmers Market

Come flow with us in community—whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, all bodies are welcome. Bring a mat, bring a friend, and meet us at the market the first Sunday of every month.

This class is donation-based and open to all.

Mallory Rukhsana Nezam has been teaching yoga for 15 years throughout the midwest, east and west coasts, and recently relocated to Atlanta. She stewards yoga as a tool to promote interconnectedness over individualism. She also loves helping people feel and be strong, recognize patterns of strain that we hold in the mind and body, and believes the body can be an incredible gateway to the mind to help us live better. She loves teaching outside and loves farmers markets.
