eSTEAM Fair 2025

Our 7th annual eSTEAM Fair is a fun, educational and interactive experience for K-12 students. At the eSTEAM Fair you will get the chance to interact with exhibitors who will showcase, present and/or demonstrate S.T.E.A.M. related items that introduce students to the diverse options that are available in our participating industries. 🔬🤖🚀🎨🧮

Notes:

• Students must be registered by and accompanied to the event by a parent or teacher that will remain for the duration the student is in attendance. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Please select the total number of tickets that you need for everyone attending with you. 🎫
• Display on mobile device or print your ticket and bring with you to check-in at the fair on September 27, 2025. 📅
• Parking is free. 🚗
• Your ticket will give agreement and acknowledgement for your acceptance to our media release form for day of media. If you do not agree, please visit the registration table for your wristband and please stay out of sight as best as possible from media engagement. 📸

I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, release, discharge, and hold harmless the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc., The NETwork Metro Atlanta, all sponsors, organizers, promoters, directors, or persons connected with the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc. and The NETwork Metro Atlanta, from any and all claims made for damages suffered by me or my child/children as a result of my participation in YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta's Healthy Kids Day or related events. I am voluntarily participating in event activities and agree to accept all risks of participation including injury or personal property damage, even if caused by ordinary negligence or otherwise.

I also hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction of any and all photographs/videos which have been taken of me and/or my child/children for YMCA or The NETwork Metro Atlanta promotional purposes. I understand that I receive no reimbursement for allowing my photo/video to be taken and for the use of the photo/video.

I understand the YMCA and The NETwork Metro Atlanta premises, especially parking lots, are provided for convenience while participating in YMCA or The NETwork Metro Atlanta events and programs. Neither the YMCA nor The NETwork Metro Atlanta are responsible for vandalism, break-ins, or thefts of personal property. I understand the YMCA and The NETwork Metro Atlanta recommend that valuables should not be brought to events or onto any premises. I agree to report any suspicious activity immediately to the staff.

BY REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT, I UNDERSTAND I AM RELEASING THE YMCA OF METROPOLITAN ATLANTA, INC. AND THE NETWORK METRO ATLANTA FROM ALL LIABILITY TO ME, AND MY DEPENDENTS, FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGE TO ME OR SUCH DEPENDENT, AND I FOREVER GIVE UP ANY CLAIMS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE YMCA OR THE NETWORK METRO ATLANTA OR OTHERWISE.
