Effective Negotiating

Negotiation is an art and a science. Like any art, it demands practice. Like any science, it requires study. To be a successful Buyer's Agent in today's unprecedented seller's market, you will most likely have to win your fair share of bidding wars.

This class will walk you through the negotiation process for both buying and listing Agents, focusing on the competition that a multi-offer situation creates for the buyer, as well as how to navigate thru the sea of offers received as the listing Agent, and how to negotiate with your clients' best interest at stake.
