Cooking with Spirits: Mexico - with Chef Nikki

Join us for a special cooking class hosted by Chef Nikki of The Smokey Mango!

Viva Mexico! Come join us as Chef Nikki teaches you how to make authentic Mexican tamales. Each person will have a choice of delicious pulled chili pork or pulled mojo chicken. This dish will be paired with a fresh pico de gallo, cotija cheese and an avocado crema. For dessert, a Mexican classic, Tres Leches Cake with a Whiskey Whipped Cream, using ASW's award winning rye whiskey!

Tickets include your choice of pulled chili pork or pulled mojo chicken tamales, handmade tres leches cake, and a drink token for a specialty craft cocktail inspired by Mexican flavors.
