Autumn Intention Setting & Journaling Session

Join The Creative Health Collective for a grounding, heart-centered gathering to set intentions for the Autumn Equinox through meditation, reflection, and journaling.

We'll begin with a short guided meditation to help you slow down and connect inward. From there, we’ll move into intention setting and journaling, giving space for you to explore what you want to invite into your life this autumn, whether it's balance, creativity, rest, growth, or something personal to you.

This will be about a 1-hour session, but if you feel called to stay and continue journaling, reflecting, or simply being in the space, you're welcome to.

What to Bring:

A notebook or journal

A pen or pencil

A blanket or yoga mat to sit on

Any keepsakes that are important in your intention-setting practice (examples: crystals, cards, family photos, etc)
