celebrating the flavors of Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire, and South Africa through the lens of Chef Jean-Louis Sangare.

Swahili coconut prawn curry bisque, kachumbari salad, and fire-kissed nyama choma carpaccio.
🍴 Mains – Ivory Coast
Braised beef short ribs, branzino with tomato concassé, and the Abidjan pepper-crusted ribeye.

Amarula malva cake, milk tart cheesecake, and the irresistible sticky tipsy tart.
