This special day has been created to help you unwind after the busy Christmas season, reconnect with yourself, and experience the healing benefits of holistic therapies available within our community. Entry is free, group sessions donation based and mini therapies at a discounted rate.
Throughout the day, you’re welcome to drop in, explore, and enjoy a nurturing selection of mini taster treatments, energy awareness talks, and group sessions of meditation, sound baths and gentle yoga. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, intuitive insight, or simply some quiet time for yourself, there is something here for everyone. You can choose whichever mini-therapies resonate with you, try something new, or simply enjoy the calm, welcoming atmosphere at the Old Schoolhouse, St Mary's Hall, Moate.
This day is designed as a soft landing after the festive rush — a chance to slow down, nourish your energy, and begin the new year feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.
