Whether you're just starting out behind the wheel or have years ahead on the road — having basic First Aid Response knowledge could save a life.

Depending on interest, I am starting a set of community-based First Aid Awareness courses this October on a Saturday morning in Roscommon. It’s specially designed for novice drivers and young people, with practical, confidence-building skills you’ll carry for life.
