Skate Camp - Spring 2026

CCRD Spring Skate Camp will run on Saturdays (9-11:30am) and Wednesdays (6-9pm) from January 31 - March 4 at Fun Galaxy Athens (3030 Cherokee Rd, Athens, GA 30605.)
Interested in learning skating fundamentals? Join us for skate-basics like accelerating, stopping, turning, and falling (we all do it!) as well as an intro into roller derby rules.
Not sure about the time commitment? You don't have to attend every skate camp practice--we're happy to have you! Plus, we repeat a lot of the same curriculum on Wednesday and Saturday of each week. We'll mix some things up to keep it interesting, but you won't fall behind if you miss some days.
Not sure if skating or playing roller derby is for you? Come anyway! There's a spot for you in our league regardless of if you decide to skate with us or decide to play the game. Our off-skates & on-skates officials and volunteer league members make our world go round.

Cost is $20 for the entire skate camp, due at your first practice via cash or Venmo. If you need rental skates, they are an additional $3/practice (cash preferred).
