In today’s digital age, older adults are increasingly targeted by fraudulent schemes, from healthcare and end-of-life scams to banking fraud, leaving many of us unsure who to trust. With an estimated $3 billion lost annually to financial scams, and with 40 percent of seniors living solely on social security, our most vulnerable community members face significant risks.

Scam Jam will feature a series of informative sessions led by experts in the field of financial security and consumer protection. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the latest scams targeting older adults, how to recognize the signs of fraudulent activity, and steps they can take to safeguard their personal information and finances.

Scam Jam 2025 will empower attendees with the knowledge to identify, prevent, and combat these dangerous scams. During the event, engage with scam experts and community partners and learn from experts in our community.
