October Yoga with Kerry***The Shedding

The Shedding time is here.
I learn so much each year with the falling of the leaves. Each one creating its own color pallet before spinning in the air on its way to the Earth.

It is an ongoing, humbling blessing I have experienced through this helpful Yoga practice and the "theme" of looking inward to witness how deep seated impressions can unconsciously dictate so many of our feelings, and habits in our daily lives. Many of our past experiences can become a drain on the miracle of the chance to transform each moment.
It is such a relief to witness the shedding of harmful patterns and the co-creation of new ones that lead to more joyful moments. Come join me as we explore further in our practice together.

Although some knowledge of Yoga is helpful, this is an all levels class. People are urged to only do what feels good for their bodies and optionals are given.
