November Yoga class with Kerry *Gratitude*

GRATITUDE. It is a choice we can consciously make and retrain our hearts and brains to cultivate as good medicine within all we are transversing being born in these "interesting times".

I am constantly amazed at the benefits of what going back to our "gratitude list" can help with along this wild pilgrimage.
Reducing stress, balancing blood pressure, helping with heart health, sleep and resilience are just a handful and the list goes on.

Learning to give thanks within our Yoga practice for each part of our body, mind and Spirit adds healing powers that can't really be explained in words. Come join us as we explore and remind ourselves of ways to utilize Gratitude within this helpful holistic Yoga practice together for our November class.

Although some knowledge of Yoga is helpful, this is an all levels class where people are urged to listen to the needs of their own body and optionals are given.
